Job Description: Operations Specialist (part-time) - FULLY REMOTE
Salary Rate: $25 per hour
 
You must be a self-starter able to work in an environment that demands organization and conscientiousness.  The ability to wear multiple-hats is a requirement.
The ideal qualified candidates are ambitious, results-oriented, efficiency-driven, meticulous, and highly conscientious.
 
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following:
·       Prepare and schedule meaningful reports
·       Understand functionality of all company software tools
·       Brainstorm in our meetings ways to improve how our business performs by highlighting areas for improvement
·       Answer phones and emails professionally while dealing directly with co-workers, clients, and vendors
·       Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication
·       Maintain overall knowledge of entire Invoicing (clients) and Purchasing (vendor) cycles
·       Process won opportunities into invoices and deliver to clients electronically – maintaining the highest standards
·       Provide clients with price quotes and proposals
·       Order and expedite all purchased materials and licensing – while furnishing lead-time information to sales, service, and operations teams – including returns
·       Resolve client issues within company SLAs with the highest level of professionalism
·       Maintain company directed margins for all products sold
·       Maintain files of open purchase orders with proper approvals – when applicable
·       Match daily receiving documents with open purchase orders and vendor invoices
·       Research internal receiving issues for prompt resolution
·       Assist management with month end closing, reports, and annual audit preparations
 
 
The qualified candidates are focused and have a demonstrated work ethic that includes:
·       3 – 5 years of experience is customer service, data entry, purchasing, or other related experience
·       Ability to meet goals in an environment with freedom of direction
·       Ability to use Microsoft Windows and MS Office software
·       Is proficient with spreadsheets and other software tools
·       Good planning and organizational skills
·       Ability to multitask and prioritize work
·       Strong oral and written communication skills
 

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
